Dustin is a licensed real estate service provider in Austin, Texas. The license was issued to DustinMehaffey by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). TREC requires that all real estate brokers and sales agents meet and maintain specified levels of education to hold a license to act as a real estate agent. Agents are required to follow the provisions of The Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission in all transactions and to deal with the public in a competent and honest manner.

Craig is a licensed real estate service provider in Austin, Texas. The license was issued to Craig Irvin by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). TREC requires that all real estate brokers and sales agents meet and maintain specified levels of education to hold a license to act as a real estate agent. Major Miller serves as Director for American Realty Consultants and its affiliated projects. In this role, Major is responsible for overseeing all back-office operations for the firm and its projects. In addition, Major is a member of the executive team helping to set and execute the vision of the firm.  During his tenure, Major has provided the support necessary to grow the firm 10X in size.  Beyond managing back office operations, Major responsibilities extend to helping manage many of the firm’s important investor relationships as well as helping to source and manage key 3rd party service providers that support the firm and its portfolio projects. Throughout his career with American Realty Consultants, Major has filled a unique position in guiding the overall operations and ensuring the necessary infrastructure and resources are available to support and enhance the firm’s overall growth. Prior to his current role at American Realty Consultants, Major has industry experience over the past decade that includes expertise in the building industry across Texas, California, Louisiana and New York.  He is also a serial entrepreneur with a track record building and selling several small businesses in the Texas region.  He is able to leverage his previous successes and experience to help contribute to the core of ARC’s values. Major is originally from Dallas, TX and is now based in Austin, TX. As a University of Texas graduate, he is very familiar with the city and the people. In his spare time, Major enjoys travel, spending time with family and focusing a number of charitable endeavors to try to give back to the community especially the Central Texas Food Bank.
