International Plaza 3 has been comprehensibly redeveloped to create a modern workspace for today’s tenants.
Complementing the existing modern exterior architecture of 14241 Dallas Parkway, an extensive redevelopment of the building has been implemented to bring Class AA new construction quality office space to the Lower Tollway submarket. From stepping into the lobby with a Corchia marble feature wall, a custom-made marble reception desk, and social/collaborative areas adorned with collector-level art pieces to the fully equipped fitness studio, conference center, new café, and dynamic outdoor space, International Plaza 3 has been transformed to provide a great environment for in-person work.
The spaces themselves follow the new construction quality feel of the building with efficient 30,000-square-foot floor plates, spacious 9-foot 6-inch ceilings, and expansive windows. This allows for the top design element today’s tenant is looking for, bright, light-filled spaces. To complete the new building feel, transportation to the spaces has been upgraded to a destination dispatch elevator system, and all of the common corridors have been renovated to meet new construction quality standards.
